1) Activities taking place under this roof are classed as extreme sports and pose a serious risk of injury which can potentially lead to fatality, therefore we urge you to take serious safety precautions.

2) Any activities undertaken on your chosen vehicle are entirely at your own risk.

3) EQUIPMENT HIRE (Skateboards, Scooters, Rollerblades, BMX or Mini Rockers) are available to use FREE of charge at your own risk.
The hire equipment is not new, it is donated, therefor second-hand. The equipment is checked by staff members to make sure they are stable, before use and on return. Please be aware that YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE are not responsible for any injuries occurred while riding hire equipment.

4) YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE staff highly recommend satisfactory safety equipment to be worn by ALL participants including helmets, wrist guards, kneepads and elbow pads. YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE hire out Helmets for £1, which are condition checked and sanitised after every use. Parents/carers are responsible for the decision to wear safety equipment, for anyone under 18 years old.

5) Parents/Guardians of children under 18 years old, please be aware that letting your child choose to ride, without adequate safety equipment is entirely at your own risk and YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE are not liable for any injury obtained as a result of insufficient safety gear.

6) YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE forewarn our facilities users, that insufficient protective equipment will increase the risk of accidents leading to injury or even fatality.

7) We STRONGLY deter any persons from taking part who have heart, back or neck conditions, or are pregnant women. If you suffer from any health problems, illness or may be pregnant please consult your doctor for medical advice before taking part at YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE, If you have any conditions that we need to be aware of, please state in the comments box at the end of this form. 8) YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE and our employees are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to any valuables brought onto the premises on the person of any participant, the seating areas are covered by CCTV, however if any valuables are lost or stolen while left unattended anywhere in the skatepark arena, YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE are not liable. PLEASE LEAVE VALUABLES AT HOME. You can hand in your phone, wallet, keys or other valuables to the staff in the tuck shop, to save until your session time is up.

9) YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE reserves the rights to refuse admission to any person on any grounds.

10) Our minimum requirements for the general behaviour of all participants including spectators are as follows:

  • Keep your speed to a level that you know you can control.
  • Always look both ways before crossing the skatepark or riding down a ramp (this will help avoid collisions).
  • Do not behave in a way that endangers or alarms, yourself and other users.
  • Use the equipment safely and YOU MUST adhere to all signage around the skatepark. DO NOT deface ramps and other fixtures.
  • Always respect surrounding, do not use your vehicle for anything other than riding.

    We reserve the right to remove anyone from the premises who refuses to abide by these requirements. (no refund will be given)

11) We recommend adult supervision for anyone under the age of 16, if you leave children bellow 16 years old, please notify a member of staff, make them aware who your child is and please leave your phone number to speed up contacting you in the event of an accident.

12) Parental consent will be required for anyone under the age of 16.

13) If you observe an undetected fault or hazard (this includes; holes in ramps, spillages on ramps or on the concrete floor, obstructions or stray equipment) it is your responsibly to inform a YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE staff member immediately. YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE staff monitor the skate park throughout the day and remove any hazards immediately, once spotted.

14) All participants and parents of younger participants should respect the safety requirements at YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE and agree that they understand the risks involved in their chosen sport and make sure that their child/children understand the rules and regulations of this establishment.

15) By signing this form and participating in activities on this premises you agree to take full responsibilities for your own actions and involvement and to comply with rules and requirements stated on this form.

DRUGS & ALCOHOL DECLARATION YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE operates a ZERO tolerance of Drugs & Alcohol Policy. Under NO circumstances do we tolerate drug or alcohol consumption under the roof of YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE, if a staff member at YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE believes a customer to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, we are in our statutory rights to ask the offender to leave the premises immediately.

SAFETY BRIEF
We strongly recommend satisfactory safety equipment to be worn by all participants including helmets, wrist guards and knee pads at all times. Failure to do this could result in serious if not life-threatening injuries. YOUR COMPANY NAME HERE have helmets available at the tuck shop, to hire for £1, if you do not have your own helmet, we strongly urge you to hire one before taking part in any riding activity.

Individual participants 16 years and over and parents / guardians of children under 16 are responsible for adhering to our policies and Terms & Conditions to ensure safety of all participants is maximised.

FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS

All participants must be suitably fit to participate. You have agreed to our terms & conditions by signing our disclaimer form.

RIDERS (ALL DISCIPLINES)

  • You are entering a facility for extreme sports that can be dangerous and can cause serious or fatal injury.
  • Be aware at all times of other riders. - Respect each other and the social culture in the park.
  • Do NOT hang your scooter, skateboard or BMX over the coping until you are just about to drop in. Wait your turn. Make sure you look around before you go, make sure nobody is coming in your direction to prevent a collision.
  • Use the ramps and the park for its intended purpose.
  • DO NOT SIT ON RAMPS THAT BLOCK THE LINES OF OTHER RIDERS.
  • If you do not know how to identify the lines or ride a ramp park, ask a member of staff before riding.

SPECTATORS
Keep to areas away from the ramps. DO NOT stand on ramps to spectate. Be aware of uncontrolled equipment travelling at speed. CHILDREN Do not run or play on any ramps or areas that can be of danger to you. All young children must be accompanied by an adult. As a spectator you are not permitted to ride, under any circumstances. If you choose to use someone else’s equipment and ride as a paying spectator.
