The first slide should be as easy, instant, and inviting to answer as possible &#8211; do NOT start with name or email.<\/p>\n<p>Over time, we&#8217;ll also allow scoring (i.e. what&#8217;s your<\/p>\n<p>You need 2 main shortcodes in order to create a momentum form, which are<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>The Container<\/strong>. This has a start and stop shortcode, see example below \/ video above.<\/li>\n<li><strong>The Slides<\/strong>.
