Proposals \/ Estimates \/ Quotes \/ Invoices \/ Receipt \/ Purchase Order \/ Credit Memo.<\/h3>\n<p>That&#8217;s a lot, but you can see the pattern &#8211; they are all one system. Managing Deal Flow<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>4a. You can use Contacts + Tags + Tag-Score (see above video) for now.<\/li>\n<li>4b. A more robust Tasks \/ Projects system designed especially for repeatable-workflow (often sales!) is already well into development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>5. Roles, Custom Project Types, Custom Field Config other Custom Settings<\/p>\n<p>Video coming soon (Aug 2020) for this. Most of it already works, you can find it in Profile &gt;&gt; About Your Business.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>6. Importing Contacts into SwiftCRM<\/p>\n<p>Currently this must be done via CSV (Comma Separated Value) or TSV, and is best done by us for you, as it can get a bit complex.<\/p>\n<p>Note we have 2 separate methods of storing contacts:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Spreadsheet &#8220;Shallow&#8221; contacts<\/strong>, typically for prospects, raw data scraped or imported, or old &#8220;cold&#8221; leads you haven&#8217;t contacted in a while. If you have 10,000 records (or more) and your intent is marketing, use this.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Social &#8220;Deep&#8221; contacts<\/strong>, typically for active real past clients you have done business with. With these clients you can share files, charge them and\/or store a card on file, see their complete history, etc &#8211; this is CRM type data.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>7. Sales Leads Distribution<\/p>\n<p>Coming soon; contact us for private beta invite. Common options include Round Robin, hours of operation, language spoken or time zone.<\/p>\n<p>8. Bulk Email, Bulk SMS, Bulk Phone Call (Phone Campaign)<\/p>\n<p>Bulk email already works; bulk SMS is invite-only, as it is easily abused. Note SMS marketing requires your own Twilio account, so any abuse &#8211; including potential Do Not Call violations &#8211; will be entirely your responsibility. Individual SMS works now within Contact Details.<\/p>\n<p>Running a phone campaign is similar to bulk email &#8211; you create a group, then we&#8217;ll help you call through a list with clear grouping by status.<\/p>\n<p>9. Portal systems<\/p>\n<p>Much of this already works, but configuration is not streamlined.
