SwiftCloud Support

WELCOME TO SWIFTCLOUD!

We’re excited to join your team!

1. Schedule a Free Call

Schedule this for 1-2 days from now, even if you don't think you'll need it. If you're all set up, we'll setup free bonuses for you.

2. One-Time-Setup

Setup some basics about your company & secure your access, so it's easy to use in the future. Add a Logo, Branding, & Get Logged In

3. Get a Quick Win

Get 1 product working quickly, so you see what the system can do. You can make it better once the basics are working.

1: Schedule your FREE onboarding call

Go ahead and schedule now, you can always cancel it if you get 100% set up and don’t want help.

TIP: We aren’t trying to sell you anything, we just want to keep you as a client! That only happens if you get set up correctly, otherwise there’s a chance you’ll cancel. Most clients who get set up are very happy & then we don’t hear from ’em for months. Our help is free (included!) – don’t be shy about asking.

We’ll load templates, help you setup assets, and give you human help to reach your goals. We probably have cool stuff we can load into your account and free bonuses.

Prefer old-school phone? It’s ok – just text us at 650-416-6219.

New User? Reset your password here.

2: Complete One-Time Setup

Heads up! This is important. Your username will affect your URLs that clients can see. It cannot contain spaces or special characters.

Later, we can help you “Map a Sub-Domain” (like Secure.yourWebsite.com), or run your entire website (YourDomain.com) on SwiftCloud. For now, just confirm your company username at https://swiftcloud.co/settings/business

NOTE: Once chosen, username should not be changed. If you do, it will break all your public-facing URLs.

Next, click “Public Portal & Branding” on https://swiftcloud.co/settings/business – clients can see this on eDocs, Invoices, schedulers, etc.

You can change it anytime.

Once you get logged into SwiftCloud.co (notice it is .co, not .ai, for the logged-in portion), you probably want to bookmark it / Add to Favorites.

Next – Get SwiftCloud On the Go! A big win for Cloud Computing is access to your data anytime, anywhere.

Just go to SwiftCloud.co on your phone, and log in.

Once you are logged in, then if you’re on Android, click the 3 dots in the top right, then click Add to Home Screen at the bottom of the menu that pops open.

If you’re on Apple, click the up-arrow “Share” button, then “Add to Home Screen” about 1/2 way down.

This one time task can make it a lot easier to use the app on the go.

TIP: You can do this multiple times from multiple pages – such as Contacts, or Invoices.

Next, Link Your Website to Public Assets (eDocs, services you sell, your scheduler, etc).

If you have WordPress, get logged into the backend control panel, then go to Appearance >> Menus.

From here, add Custom URL.

Copy and Paste the URL of your front-end docs, scheduler(s), SKUs, or various list-pages (such as Events, Podcast, Email Newsletter) into the menu and/or footer and/or contact pages of your website.

Next, you probably want to do the same from your social media to public-facing-assets like your scheduler, Newsletter, and Store.

Next, make it easy for your future self to get logged in, and reduce the chance of losing your password by enabling 1-click-login.

Just go to https://swiftcloud.co/settings/access and click the icon(s) to correspond with whatever methods you prefer. You can use as many as you like.

This data is encrypted, secure, and access can be revoked at any time.

This actually makes your account more secure, because you’re less likely to fall for “Password Phishing”.

If you have a physical office or shop people come to, you can install forms to tablets, print QR codes to Schedulers or Payment Portals.

This is more advanced, and you probably want to talk to us – but if you have other software you want to connect to SwiftCloud, you can setup either a direct API (like software “Glue”) connection, or use an “API Bridge” system like Zapier or Make.com to connect the dots.

For more about this, dive into the more advanced help files.

Last, it’s time for changing human habits.

We have printable cheat-sheets and video training for your staff.
