There’s a LOT since the last update – exciting stuff: let’s dive in.
First, the core: SwiftCloud.ai runs on an all-new system built for scale, speed, and around AI. Everything is API driven, and we mean the entire app – it’s “headless”, so literally everything it can do has an API call. If we’re lucky enough to get to 1 Billion users, we could.
The system is also built to handle country / region / legal jurisdiction better. Soon, Australia users will have not just AU front-end, but AU databases, so the entire app runs on any continent, and in most cases, within the country or close to it. This is critical for legal compliance such as GDPR and Canada’s laws, but also for policies, latency (speed), and more. It’s a better experience all around.
Even the company itself, legally, has been split up. We are committed to a global focus.
The code: why care?
- Field Service CRM is live. We’re doing extended-trial for any home-services company upon request – just contact support to get yours. The contact manager has been totally improved, structurally changed.
- Sequences / Autoresponders / Chatbots has been merged into one system simply called “Conversations”.
