Real estate in the real world usually is based on Fix & Flip, or rental property, or buy low sell high, etc.

Digital real estate is the same idea, but with websites or even audiences, like a YouTube channel or email newsletter.

If you compare the numbers to make $500 *net* cash flow (after a mortgage payment, taxes, etc) from real estate, and we believe it’s far easier, faster, and cheaper to build the same income online.

Musicians and actors get asked all the time to “play for exposure”, or lowballed.

Imagine asking your plumber to fix your house “for the exposure”. They’ll laugh and hang up.

Why? Supply and demand.

Dropshipping is when a 3rd-party factory, often in China, ships goods direct to a customer with your label on it.

Dropservicing is the same idea.

As the name implies, it is a trick used by SEO (Search Engine Optimization) guys to Rank a website (get it to #1-3 in Google) or buy traffic (PPC – Pay-Per-Click), then get the order.

The “Rent” part is because rather than getting paid per deal, you get paid a flat dependable rate.

Example: I get your lawn care company on page 1 of Google, and you pay me $180/week flat rate.

All real-world real estate is based on 2 core ideas: Either cash flow, or buy low sell high.

That’s it. Buy low, sell high, or get a stream of cash flow, or both.

The same ideas apply to online assets.

And just like real-world real estate, there are folks who specialize in just building, or just rentals, or fix & flip. Similar ideas apply online.

Not really, you can do this anywhere. In some ways, you may have some advantages – the U.S. is very competitive.

This is also good for digital nomads, vanlife, boatlife, etc – you can be anywhere and make this work, and have total time freedom.

Just focus on the basics – buy low, sell high, cash flow, or both. Create value, prove value to people willing to pay, get orders $, fill the orders and ensure your team does a good job.
